I share your feelings. I applied last October...Hey! I share your feelings. I applied last October 2009 at the Alabang branch. Until now wala pa yung card ko. I got my Rustans Citicard na, pero not the FSP2 card. I asked my Mom last week to follow it up sa ATC ( I gave her my old FSP card), pero sabi wala pa daw. Then someone texted me this week asking for my temporary FSP2 card number. I said, wala naman kayo binigay na ganun ha! Talk about delaying tactics. Yes, I would like to file a complaint. Can you give me the tel number of the ATC branch please? I would like to call today.<br /><br />Thanks! I went straight to the store specialist manager and complained directly. wala naman nangyare wen I complained to their asst mgr so myt as well nga na idiniretso ko na sa head. mine is worse kse sobrang pambabastos ang natanggap ko with their cosmetics manager, I really hope they do something about this. Rustans is known for its good quality cust service, whats happening with them lately?reesenoreply@blogger.com
