Leo will be leaving for Jakarta early tomorrow morning for their company's annual planning. He hasn't left yet but I'm missing him already.
He will only be gone for a week but it seems like a long time for me. This will be the longest time that we're apart ever since my Singapore trip last March (that was only 3 days).
I know I'll survive this week, I'm just worried if I'm suddenly hit by leg cramps in the middle of the night. Whenever that happens, I can always count on Leo to wake up and stretch my leg for me. The pain can be debilitating and I really don't know what I'll do when it's just me. I guess I'll just take precautions and stretch before I go to sleep. Other than that, I pray that I'll be able to handle it.

I'm sure it's not going to be easy for you. Mabilis naman ang araw at me SMS naman. Konting tiis lang.
I get cramps every so often. Just try to take all precautions para 'di ka magkaroon ng cramps sa gabi. Keep your legs warm too.
Have a great week ahead!
If you do get a leg cramp, you may be able to make it go away by:
* Walking on the affected leg
* Massaging the affected muscle
* Straightening your leg and flexing your foot toward your knee until you feel the calf muscles stretch
* Applying a cold pack to the affected muscle
* Taking a hot bath
To help prevent night leg cramps:
* Drink plenty of fluids during the day.
* Stretch your leg muscles before bedtime.
* Get adequate potassium in your diet.
and if you start getting senti, watch something funny on tv ;)
Bananas are a good source of potassium. I hate leg cramps too early in the morning. Just think Leo's presents for you when he comes back home.
iniisip ko nalang, mabilis lang ang 5 days. maya-maya, di ko pansin friday na. yay!
when you stretch your legs make sure yung foot mo nakadorsiflex and not plantarflex. i promise you you wont experience any leg cramps. it did worked for me i'm sure syo din.
