I was asthmatic when I was a kid, so physical exercises were not my kind of thing. I never ran or jogged--so I walked.

2nd Wedding Gown Fitting
During the second fitting, Cecil and his very able team sewed on that thing on my shoulders and the ecru whatever satin around my skirt. I dread going first to Cecil's today as I think I gained weight. Thank God I still fit in my gown!!!
Try more upper body exercises, sUNshine. You still have time and do some serious dieting if you can. It would be worthwhile to look a little bit thinner on your wedding pictures. Good luck!

The design is really great. I think your designer should think about extending the sleeves or do something about covering your upper arms.
